Coordination Fees

Each wedding is unique, and in being so will have a custom list of requirements for the coordinator to fulfill.  We offer a flat rate coordination option for our Ala Carte weddings, but will custom quote each individual fee taking into consideration your specific needs, guest count, wedding & reception locations and other pertinent details.  Below are rates to act as a general guideline - please keep in mind your event may quoted a higher or lower coordination fee based upon your event specifics. 

Simple Ceremony Only - West (no reception, up to 15 guests).......$550

Simple Ceremony Only - South (no reception, up to 15 guests)......$700

Wedding & Reception Coordination - West (up to 25 guests).........$850

Wedding & Reception Coordination - South (up to 25 guests)........$1000

Wedding & Reception Coordination - West (up to 125 guests).......$1200
